Anyone had an email saying you have violated their returns and refund policy and had any open orders cancelled and only have access to digital content?
Had two of these emails even though I have never returned anything but customer service refused to deal with it and still waiting for a response from replying to the email.

Are you sure these are genuine e-mails from Amazon and not a scammer trying to get you to follow links?
