I have a case with Mc Dermott Stanley thr company have folded and is now with Stevensons however a transfer request has been made by another solicitor.
i have been advised that if my case has. Not been heard in court then I can withdraw from the agreement .
i can no longer view the agreement that I originally had as there is no access to the site
I have contacted the interventions team abd requested information which they have not provided , ie has my case been heard at court .
however I suggest that if it has then I should of been notified which I have not and in. Any case I have not heard anything for over two years from Mc Dermort so therefore I didn’t think they were presuming the case any further .
i need advice as I do t want a bill for court expenses when I have not been informed of any progress and I’m not sure who to contact and I am worried .
i have check court listings but cannot see any record
Please help

TBH, you are far more likely to get a bill from withdrawing your claim. Which will be for the work done.Life in the slow lane0
