Para 12  -  typo  -  "This is 32 days after the contravention occurred and therefore pas the 14 day window...."

thanks @1505grandad, though I think that para no longer applies, as there was a windscreen ticket so the NTK falls within the 56 day period, if I have understood what I've read on the forums correctly

The NtK following an NtD has to "fall" within the 28-56 day period. No earlier than 28 days and not later than 56 days.

Oh I assumed that as you revised as per C-m pm that it included NtD or NtK notification  -  perhaps C-m did not include anything about that in the pm.

I just want to thank everyone for all the help I’ve received on this case. Happy to report back that we WON! With costs awarded 😊

Judge was not impressed with the claimant’s lack of attendance, amongst other things, I’ve summarised below.

I believe the case was dismissed based on the following reasons:

• The claimant not showing up in person.

• ⁠The claimant sending their WS to myself and the court via email and not providing a hard copy ahead of the court hearing.

• ⁠No clear signage upon entering the car park.

• ⁠Sporadic and vague signage in the car park.

• ⁠The claimants claim stated that the driver had to pay the penalty and as I had 2 other named drivers on my policy it was unfair to assume I was the driver.
