@the_lunatic_is_in_my_head raises some important points.
Everything the OP refers to, which he says is taken from Abitto's website, seems to be exclusively about the seller's own in-house returns policy which includes return postage.
I looked on the website and couldn't see any other T&Cs except their own returns policy. I didn't try to order a suit so I don't know whether I would have received a personal email or other durable medium listing my statutory rights prior to placing an order.
@Sinbat, think back to when you placed the order, did you receive any correspondence from them asking you to read or agree to anything, such as a load of boring legal stuff, in order to confirm your purchase?0 -
I assumed that was their attempt at complying with the regs as it's the only policy and the 14 days + 14 days is the timeframe in the regs.Alderbank said:

Sadly for OP, looking further their London address appears to be a plaque on the wall type of place with several hundred other companies registered there, can't see much on Google about their New York address, other than it's a massive building so probably another plaque on the wall, but they have a Shanghai address so it's looking more like a Chinese website with a (very) slight UK presence for tax purposes.

Almost certainly Chinese. There's a UnionPay (Chinese payment provider) icon in the bottom left corner and in places they're using "that" font that appears on most Chinese sites.
