Praise - Antler luggage defect after 4 years of usage

I had purchased an Antler luggage set 4.5 years ago. After doing some extensive travel, I noticed that the zip was not functioning as intended. I contacted Antler and they said that the particular model is not something they make anymore. What they then offered me was a total set replacement. I just had to send back the remainder of the set. Hands down, Antler luggage is best.
Some of you may think their luggage costs a bomb but believe me if you do holidays for 2 or more times a year, this bag will last. Cost of lifetime ownership for Antlers is pretty low. I recommend this to anyone.
