Another one bites the dust- gladstones/ UK carpark

Thank you all- I’ve used the info posted here to defend at court today, a PCN from UK car parks and Gladstone solicitors. My husband had parked in a permit holders area only back in April 2022- but we argued that the line and signs were missing- we provided our photographs clearly demonstrating this. They had taken photos suggesting we had parked in a designated bay- when simply not true. They wanted £285. Gladstone’s didn’t attend- they notified the court in advance. The judge listened, ansked lots of questions and agreed that the parking bay was not clearly set out. On top of that they had since ticketing us, extended the boundary wall to include it- now looks it belongs to them- although a sign is still missing! We have claimed costs of £85 too!!! Very happy!! We were at Horsham court which was 23 miles away. Thank you all of you!!!

There are no links to witness statements, just read through some threads where you find "another one bites the dust". Use the search facility but change "Best Match" to "Newest". Don't forget that a witness statement is unique to your defence and backs it up and supports it with evidence.1
