It may be that, or it may be that the story was about her bag? She had it stolen previously, or paid a record price for an antique one, or she is a designer and was selling it for $10m, something along those line.

I think 21 should be Sarah Jessica Bradshaw as her character is reported to get married in Sex and the City the movie - would make more sense to be a person than a character.

I also think 13 might be Samatha Cameron it looks like her, and there was a lot in the press about her bag.
