That email from Rebecca of Pay my parking charge.com , was already sent to me nearly one year ago.
Since then it was already passed on to their cronies at ZZPS, then GCTT, and QDR etc
Do you not think at this point im wasting my time to even reply to them?
They'll probably just fob me off and say its already been passed to 'Solicitors' and they cant do anything0
