EURO PARKING SERVICES - FORE COURT ACTION

I would appreciate some advice on this. I have read the Newies page but the difference with my case is I haven't yet responded at all. The latest document I have received is the "fore court action" which asks me to respond within 14 days. My understanding is I now wait for the real court notice? What are the risk that the cost will escalate?
The back story is I pulled up at the side of the road in Capability Green business park Luton to collect a parcel. I was parked at the side of a very quiet road for 3 minutes!, no yellow lines. Just some signage which I didn't take any notice of. I have been doing this for years in the same location and they must have recently added this "restricted area".
Contravention Date: 8/7/24
PNC Issue date: 12/7/24
PNC reminder: 9/8/24
Fore Court Notice: 18/9/24

Its not forecourt action, its before court action, totally different
Drivers should always look for signs and comply with any present, regardless of the location
A letter giving 14 days is a debt collector letter, post 4 in the newbies sticky thread explains what to do with those
You are awaiting a Letter of Claim, that gives 30 days notice
Followed by a court claim pack from the CNBC in Northampton using MCOL, so from a government office, not a court letter
The charge is for £100 and that won't alter1 -
