Advent Calendar/Dream Ring Giveaway Terms & Conditions

1. Organizer

• The giveaway is organized by Lark and Berry LTD, located at 52a George St.

2. Eligibility

• Open to people in the USA and the UK. (We may only ship within these regions)
• Participants must be 18 years or older at the time of entry.
• Employees of Lark and Berry, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible.

3. Entry Period

• The giveaway entry period begins on September 25th and ends on November 30th. The winners will be announced on December 3rd. 

1. How to Enter

• No purchase necessary to enter or win.
• Entries can be made through social media posts, comment submissions, in-store entry forms, and purchases or piercing services before the end date of the giveaway.
• Multiple entries are allowed as per the point system described above.

5. Selection of Winners

• Winners will be selected based on the quality of their stories and total entry points.
• The decision of Lark and Berryis final and binding.

6. Prizes

• Two (2) Advent Calendars, each including a bespoke engagement ring or custom cocktail ring on the final day.
• One prize will be awarded to a person in the USA, and one to a person in the UK.
• Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.

7. Winner Notification

• Winners will be notified via email or IG within 1 day of the closing date so make sure we have your email or your IG entry if you have entered the competition.
• Winners must respond within 1 day to claim the prize.
• If a winner does not respond within the stipulated time, an alternative winner may be selected.

8. Publicity

• By entering, participants agree to the use of their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

9. Data Protection

• Personal data collected will be used solely for the purposes of this giveaway and in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
