For those of you who took the time to send helpful responses, thought I’d share the outcome. Basically got my own engineer back and he found the Worcester engineer who’d replaced the fan and PCB in August hadn’t reconnected a link LsLR (?), anyway, needless to say Worcester Bosch have agreed to reimburse me the £90 fee I paid my local man, to be fair they have dealt efficiently with that, helped by the fact that phone conversations between my local man and their helpline were recorded, hurrah I have heating!
