Hi, I had to leave my job due to work stress, me and my partner have share, I don’t have any income coming in, need support with benefits but not sure if this will effect my share saving? Any advice or suggestions will be great.

If you qualify for new style ESA 9see here https://www.gov.uk/guidance/new-style-employment-and-support-allowance#why-should-you-claim-new-style-employment-and-support-allowance then your savings will not disqualify you from claiming. From what you describe that may well be possible. If you end up on UC then savings over £16k will impact on what you receive. I'd suggest applying for NSESA - and make a telephone appointment with Citizens Advice for more guidance tailored to your situation.
