Which are the best websites for UK weekend boutique hotel stays? 
How do you find out when such hotels have special deals?

    The definition of "boutique" hotels can vary.  I have used OPL booking service with some success in the past.  (Off Peak Luxury)  You need to be wary that their "evening meal allowance included" is not always sufficient to cover an evening meal.
