In the bar and restaurant, expect an ever-changing menu of quality seasonal dishes, created by a small team of chefs.  The Dalesman holds two AA Rosettes for its culinary excellence, using only the finest locally sourced produce.

Complementing the high-quality cuisine is a range of expertly sourced wines, beers and spirits, including The Dalesman’s very own Sedbergh Gin.
