ParkingEyeinvoice for Asda Hamilton

A few weeks ago I received an invoice for parking in a supermarket car park & ran overtime due to my car breaking down. I have been chasing the breakdown service for a letter confirming that they attended, so that I could attach it to the appeal. I also wrote to Asda’s Chief Executive & emailed him at the email address you give on this forum, but no reply to either. The 14 days have gone. Should I do something or wait? Thank you for any helpful advice

    Hamilton is in Scotland, no keeper liability so ignore the private parking company invoice, no contact at all. ;

    It won't help you this time, but a couple of years ago something similar happened to me.

    I did my shopping in Tesco and upon returning to my car it wouldn't start.
    I knew it would be several hours before I could get help so sought guidance at the customer services desk.

    The lady there typed my vehicle's registration number into the terminal on her desk and announced "You now have permission to park for twenty four hours. Please speak to me again if that's not long enough".

    Far better than picking up the pieces afterwards.
