MSE is highlighting OTM's tariff: Outfox the Price Cap (Oct 24) Fix'd Dual v2.0
However, when as an existing customer I contacted them only days ago regarding switching, they only quoted me Outfox the Price Cap (Oct 24) Fix'd Dual v1.0
Can anyone tell me whether they're trying to avoid giving full information? I believe they've already been fined by the regulator for this practice.

been with them for a few months and must admit I'm not entirely happy. I'll stick with them as the fix is cheaper than I can get currently but will be looking to more asap. as long as it doesn't cost.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Debt Free Wannabe, Old Style Money Saving and Pensions boards. I heard Martin on the radio this morning and went in to look for cheaper options than the OFTM variable rate - thanks to the energy comparison section, I can see that I should be able to save about 11% by moving to their fixed tariff and so logged in to change. There is NOWHERE I can see on the site as a current customer where I can switch so I went through their switching tool on the main website as a new' customer. I hope that works but have also e-mailed them just in case - they are "too busy" to answer the 'phones and just terminated my call!
