Immersion boiler not heating water hot enough.

Maybe final post for the thread, I set it back to 60C yesterday, but 60C on the boiler is warmer than 60C on the immersion, again likely due to the thermostat positioning in the immersion system. So when people were shocked about me setting to 70C, I dont think it was actually really at 70C, 70C on the immersion is similar to 60C on my boiler in terms of feels like temperature, and the boiler has the benefit as well the water stays hot for a lot longer, I can fill an entire bath from the hot tap without it losing temperature. Boiler is currently set to 67C, which is where the efficiency logo is, but I think I can maybe get away with dropping it by a few degrees and use only hot water to fill.Another indicator was bubble bath didnt actually bubble using the immersion, water wasnt hot enough for it.Old boiler was definitely set higher, probably at least high 70s (it had no temperature reading). Although one reason for that is whenever I lowered it, it would flame out.So the 60C its on now, is probably 50 something in actuality, but anyway thats where it was, so thats where I have left it, and its in a better state safety wise than when I reported the broken thermostat. Hopefully wont need to use it again.
