Returning Aircon unit advice

I'm returning my aircon unit for testing as it doesn't seem to be working as expected.

They have said to return with all the accessories but haven't replied to my question asking if this included additional filters and the remote.

I just don't want to send things off that may get lost or not returned with the item but if they are needed I want to send them.

    I wouldn't return the remote as that is the item I would consider most likely to disappear.  If they want it later you can sent it to them.
    When did you ask them the question?
  • Thank you, I originally asked late Thursday so they would have seen it first thing Friday, I asked about if I should send the vent and the filters they replied saying to send the accessories. Which I'm guessing means just the vent but wanted to be sure.

    I'm sending it Monday.

    I would assume they mean everything that came in the box with the unit.

    If they replace, they are possibly going to send out new boxed unit, if they repair, send back all that you sent them.
