These terms govern the VELO AO Arena In Manchester Experience Prize Draw (Giveaway) and Prize Draw (the “Promotion”) (the “Terms”).

The Promoter of this Promotion is Brtish American Tobacco (UK) Limited, Building 7, Chiswick Business Park, 566 Chiswick High Road, London, England, W4 5YG (“BAT”). By entering this Promotion, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms.

The Promotion is only open to entries from (i) residents of Great Britain; (ii) who are aged 18 and over; and, (iii) current nicotine users.

The following individuals are not eligible to participate in this Promotion:employees of British American Tobacco plc group company; or
employees or any other persons involved or assisting with this Prize Draw or otherwise professionally connected with the Promotion or its administration (including but not limited to, any person responsible for the redemption of prizes or for supplying prizes for the Promotion).

The Promotion opens at 00:01 on 28.09.2024and closes at23:59 on 26.10.2024(the “Prize Draw Period”). Winners will be selected in accordance with the process described in paragraph 13 (the "Prize Draw").

To enter the Prize Draw, entrants must (a) find four icy fruit Velo flavours in the grid on the https://www.velo.com/gb/en/manchester-arena page during the Prize Draw Period. There is a limit of one entry per person, and for the avoidance of doubt entries via multiple accounts will not be permitted.

BAT reserves the right to validate any claim and may ask for proof of identity and/or age at any point. BAT accepts no liability for any delays to or prevention of an entrant from participating in the Promotion by exercising its right to validate the identity and/or address and/or age of an entrant.

All entries must be made directly via velo.com by the person entering a relevant Prize Draw. Entries made using methods such as a computer macro, a script or the use of automated devices or processes are not allowed and all such entries will be disqualified.

By entering the Prize Draw an entrant has the chance to win the following prizes:
3 x Prizes: 2 x VIP Arena Tickets for the winner and a single guest (who must be aged 18+ and an existing nicotine user). The Arena tickets available include: 2 x Tickets to select events at AO Arena Manchester. The winners may choose between the selected events and dates, full details of which shall be shared with the winners when they are notified that they have won a Prize. Tickets are subject to availability, and BAT cannot guarantee a winner's first choice may always be available.
The Prize does not include any of the following:costs for accommodation and transfers;
travel;
food and drink;
spending money;
tax or personal expenses; and
any other costs incurred in addition to those set out above and any costs that are incidental to the Prize are the responsibility of the winner.

There is no cash alternative and the prizes are not transferable or exchangeable. You will be responsible for ensuring that you and any persons travelling with you are available to attend on the dates specified. BAT reserves the right to replace any or part of the Prizes with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond BAT's control makes it necessary to do so.

Participation for all Prizes must occur before the end of the Prize Draw Period. Entries made outside of the Prize Draw Period will not be valid and will not be accepted.

The winners of the Prize Draw (paragraph 9 a) will be the first, second and third valid entries selected at random from all valid entrants received during the Prize Draw Period. The draw will be made from all valid entries at random via a computer programme producing a verifiably random draw and will take place on 25thSeptember 2024.

The winners of the Prize Draw (paragraph 9a) will be notified by email to the email address provided by the entrant after playing the grid icy fruit game. Entrants who have entered the Prize Draw and those who have not won the Prize will not be notified.In order to redeem the Prize, the winner will need to respond to the email on fromvelocompetitions@bat.com and provide the details requested. The winner will be allowed 72 hours from the time the email is sent to respond and provide the requested information. Please check your emails carefully and regularly to ensure that you do not miss any communications. All names submitted must correspond with those attending each part of the prize. To claim Prize the winner will need to respond with details for themselves and their guest, including their email address and an e-ticket will be emailed to the email address provided or posted to the address provided.

Prize winner is responsible for submitting full names and information of themselves and their guest of choice (who must be 18+ and an existing nicotine user). Once names are submitted no changes can be made and only the names provided can attend the event.

The Prize will be sent via email to the email address provided or posted within two (2) working days of the winner confirming their acceptance of the Prize.

BAT reserves the right to review, edit, alter or remove any entry in its sole discretion, which does not comply with these Terms or which it reasonably believes does not comply with these Terms.

BAT reserves the right to exclude any entries which it believes to be fraudulent or based on misconduct, or if, in its reasonable opinion, it considers that there is a significant risk that the entrant may bring the BAT or any other British American Tobacco plc group company brand into disrepute.

BAT reserves the right to amend, terminate or temporarily suspend each Prize Draw or the Promotion if, in its absolute discretion, it considers it necessary to do so. BAT shall not exercise this right unreasonably.

No responsibility will be accepted by BAT for incomplete, invalid or illegible entries and these will be declared void in the sole discretion of BAT.

The Promotion is not endorsed, sponsored, or associated with any of the brands or companies related to the Prizes.

BAT will not be liable for any internet or mobile connection or other charges incurred in entering the Prize Draw or in a winner enjoying the Prize. If using a computer or any other device and/or internet-access which is not owned or paid for by the entrant, the entrant is reminded to get the owner's permission before entering.

No responsibility will be accepted for any technical or other difficulties in entering or any entries delayed or corrupted.

Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, or damage occurring as a result of taking up the Prize. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Personal data supplied during the course of this Promotion will only be processed for the purposes of implementing this Promotion (including the Prize Draw) as set out in BAT’s privacy policy:https://uk.velo.com/privacy-policy, and all applicable laws in effect from time to time. Please also see paragraph 26 in relation to BAT's obligations with regards to the announcement of the winner.

Any enquiries about personal information held by BAT, including any request for deletion of personal data, may be made by contactinginfo.gb@velo.com, to obtain the contact name and address to which to send an envelope marked "Data Protection Request".

BAT must either make available information that indicates that a valid award under this Promotion took place and so BAT will send the surname and county of all of the winners of this Promotion to anyone who contacts BAT using the details in paragraph 25 requesting such information within one month of the date of the Prize Draw.

If you object to any or all of your surname or county being made available, please contact BAT viainfo.gb@velo.com. In such circumstances though BAT must still provide the information and winning entries to the Advertising Standards Authority upon request.

These Terms shall be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and the English Courts will have exclusive jurisdiction in the event of any dispute.
