You have posted the whole of the template defence, what parts of it have you edited or added to? In your early paragraphs you write you are not able to state with certainty who is the driver or registered keeper. If you don't recognise the VRM then surely you can state with certainty that it wasn't you. If it is a hire car it is even more certain that you could not have been the RK.1

i now received a letter from DCB legal with Direction questionare.
I have not received a blank form yet. Do i need to wait or download it from somewhere?
Acording to the NEWBIE thread the court will send it to both and i must reply however if i have not received one should i call them to ask?
