UPDATE! I WON!!! Judge was on my side from the off. No breach of contract. Her words were, “she has never seen more overwhelming evidence” No costs awarded though as the lady Judge agreed I should have responded to the PCN sent by claimant…….7

So pleased she saw through the scam PCN.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

@Coupon-mad Thank you for your help. Yes she sure did see through the scam. Her mind was made up before we entered the room. Very good Judge. She actually couldn’t believe after me producing my receipt from JustPark and Card payment entry on my statement they were still going ahead. Her words were its a good job I had kept these. Claimants representative wasn’t happy but I’m sure other poor souls have been less fortunate than me, Shook her hand at the end and said can’t win them all. I shall of course upload the court order once I have received it. Thanks again. We must continue to exploit these Crooks!!!2
