LG OLED TV Repair Cost

Thanks danrv. So it was repaired today within half an hour. The board was inline connectors and screws, so was ultimately extremely straight forward. So, if it goes again, I would be confident to have a punt myself. I couldn't find a new board for less than £200 myself so again, in the future I would be tempted to go in myself.
Ultimately it seems about the going rate for this repair and has now been carried out. Thanks.1 -
Good that it's fixed and quickly too. Worth it for a fairly new, expensive TV like that.Ryan_Holden said:Thanks danrv. So it was repaired today within half an hour. No power at all makes for a straightforward
repair if the power supply board is seperate.
My LG TV's problem appears to be more complicated but have been given a spare TV so no rush to fix.
