Promotional Period: This Promotion opens at 00:00 on 1st October 2024 and closes at 23:59 on 29th October 2024. Entries received outside the Promotional Period shall not be valid for entry into this Promotion.

Entry Instructions: During the Promotional Period:
a. Purchase a qualifying product in a Tesco store or online at Tesco.com during the Promotional Period;

b. Text MUTTI or MUTTI1 followed by a space, and your full name and postcode to 60110 by 23:59 on 29th October 2024; and

c. Click on the link provided in the returned text message to upload a photo of your receipt to complete your entry during the Promotional Period. Only one photo can be accepted in a receipt upload. Please retain receipt.

Entry is by text only. Only one entry per person during the Promotional Period (1 text & receipt = 1 entry).

For the avoidance of doubt only one unique mobile number will be accepted per person, and a person can use this mobile number to enter only once. A mobile phone number can only be used by one person, and it cannot be shared within a household. A receipt can only be used once per household. A receipt cannot be shared amongst entrants. Any use by entrants of identities other than their own and/or any entrant(s) using multiple mobile numbers and/or any other methods and/or sharing receipts to enter this Promotion will be disqualified and any prize void. The Promoter reserves the right to determine, in its sole and absolute discretion, whether an entrant or
household has already submitted an entry and to disqualify any subsequent entries or prize entitlement.

Prizes:
a. There is 1 x Tier 1 prize, and 10 x Tier 2 prizes. 11 prizes in total.

b. Tier 1 prize: consists of a 4-night trip to Italy for 4 people (at least one must be aged 25+). Includes:

- return economy flights from a UK airport operating direct flights to Bologna, with 1 x piece of checked luggage per person;
- fully inclusive (unlimited mileage, collision damage waiver, theft protection, local taxes and airport fees) car hire for duration of stay;
- 4 nights’ accommodation in a 2-bedroom apartment at a historic country house located in the Italian region of Emilia Romagna;
- daily breakfast;
- a guided tour and tasting of the Balsamic Vinegar Lofts on the estate;
- a private Emilia Romagna full day food tour. Includes an Expert guide; Parmigiano, Parma ham & Balsamic Vinegar tastings; and lunch;
- travel insurance.

Winner and guests must travel together in both directions. Organising valid passports is the responsibility of the winner and their guests, and prize excludes any visas.

Prize also excludes domestic travel, fuel, toll fees, spending money and all other expenses not expressly stated within these Terms and Conditions.

At least one attendee must be aged 25+; one of the attendees must be the parent or legal guardian of any guests under 18.

Travel insurance is subject to normal terms of acceptance. Pre-existing medical conditions may not be covered. No age restrictions apply.

A valid credit or debit card will be required for security deposit purposes when checking into hotel accommodation.

Car hire: Driver(s) need to be over the age of 25 and have held a full clean driver’s licence for a minimum of 2 years. Fully inclusive refers to unlimited mileage, collision damage waiver, theft protection, local taxes and airport fees. The driver(s) will need to provide the car hire company with a personal credit card that has £500 - £1,000 (variant depending on company) available for a security deposit that is refundable to card upon the safe return of the vehicle.

Private food tour of the Emilia Romagna region is a self-drive tour. Winner and guests will meet the guide in Parma who will accompany the group in their car.

Prize must be booked within 12 months and taken within 18 months of acceptance. Travel is subject to availability and excludes over 15th December 2024 – 5th January 2025, 9th – 11th February 2025, 15th – 16th February 2025, 18th – 22nd April 2025, 15th December 2025 – 5th January 2026, 14th – 15th February 2026, 3rd – 6th April 2026 and all other national holiday weekends in both the UK and Italy.

Winner will be required to provide proof of identity documenting full name and age (date of birth) to accept the prize. Proof of identity must match the name provided in the text entry. Only official documents can be accepted as proof of identity (driving licence, identity card or passport). Council tax will not be accepted as proof of identity. Expired proof of identity will not be accepted.

c. Tier 2 prize: each prize consists of a box containing:

1 x Mutti-branded wooden spoon;
1 x Mutti-branded apron;
1 x Mutti-branded tote bag;
1 x Multi Polpa Finely Chopped Tomatoes 400g;
2 x Mutti Whole Peeled Tomatoes 400g;
2 x Mutti Passata 400g;
2 x Mutti Double Concentrate Tomato Puree 130g;
1 x Mutti Pizza Sauce Aromatica 400g;
1 x Mutti Cherry Tomatoes 400g;
1 x Mutti Pasta Sauce 400g.

Tier 2 prizes will be dispatched within 28 working days of acceptance.

The prizes must be accepted as offered and redeemed by the named winners only. There is no cash or alternative prize, in whole or part (save where the Promoter in its sole discretion deems it reasonably necessary to provide an alternative prize). Prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable. Sale of the prizes for profit is prohibited and may constitute fraud. The prizes cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion, voucher or discount.
