Lost eBay Parcel & Yodel what.three.words

Options
Sold a parcel on eBay. Yodel attempted delivery but buyer was not at home. Buyer rescheduled delivery and says he used "what.three.words" in the Yodel app so they would know where to deliver it.

He is now saying he hasn't received it, however I have a delivery photo and Yodel have confirmed that the Satellite tracking matches the location. Buyer also said the location it was left does not match "what.three.words"

He's taking 4 days to respond to each message, so getting information from him is frustratingly slow.

Short of asking him for a picture of his front door I am not sure what else I can do?

If he opens an 'INR' will it go in my favour?

    You will win an INR, so don’t worry about that. If the buyer has an issue then I wouldn’t fret , just wait for them to get back to you rather than worry about contacting them further.

    You will win an INR, so don’t worry about that. If the buyer has an issue then I wouldn’t fret , just wait for them to get back to you rather than worry about contacting them further.

  • I even had people put an email address in their postal address, or other long winded instructions. If they really think post men / women are going to start getting an app out at each door looking for instructions, they have another thing coming.

    I even had people put an email address in their postal address, or other long winded instructions. If they really think post men / women are going to start getting an app out at each door looking for instructions, they have another thing coming.
    The silly thing is he lives in a flat above a busy high street.... So it has probably been taken, but there is also a collection location three doors down.

    I prefer to re add my tracking number to the message part in the dispute to show I have the last response, and also phone ebay straight away to get them to check and confirm my tracking shows delivered and ask them to close the case immediately in my favour. All these years I have been on ebay and I still don't trust them.

    Thanks - I followed your advice and phoned them. They have confirmed they will close the case in my favour on the 8th
