Amazon Business Prime Duo.

Hi All,
I have long used my personal Amazon Prime account for regular business purchases sent to a number of different client addresses so that I get the benefit of free Prime delivery, which I imagine they hate.
The downside of for me is that I need VAT invoices and Amazon makes it as difficult as possible for me to get them.
A simple order for, say, 10 each of 3 items often/ usually ends up with me having to print off 3 separate invoices with each 10 items invoiced on separate lines as 4,2,2.1, and 1 and therefore often stretching over 2- 3 pages for each line.
I realise that a 3-line order may come from 2 or 3 different merchants but it is inconceivable that one of the leading technology companies in the world cannot format their invoices better than they do, so this is clearly done to try and force me into opening a separate business account, which they have inundated me with emails about and say offers better and more streamlined VAT invoicing. I have always suspected, however, that once I open a business account, there goes my free delivery.
Today I received a different email, the offer of a Business Prime Duo account with "free shipping on business purchases".
However, looking at the small print, it seems they have all kinds of caveats around free delivery which make me think that I am going to end up paying for it more often that not.
Does anybody have any experience of the Business Prime Duo account and how often they end up being charged for delivery?
Thanks!

I've just received the same email today (or similar, Duo is now free, apprently) and I have the same questions. I'm surprised how little information I can find about this online, just press releases.0
