For several days I have tried to book Keepsafe to cover my holidays. You complete all the questions and even bank details are ticked in all four boxes, but it will not allow you to pay. I have tried different accounts and made sure all details are correct. As a last resort you try to book by phone, but after a long spill about other services it tells you there is a 30 minute wait. Could this be because nobody can book online? You then think the only way is to complain. You use a different number and get all the way to Keepsafe & it suggests you ring them and says "goodbye". Email contact has been removed, so has anyone any ideas how to secure a Keepsafe booking/???
