Inspired by your challenge, I'm doing a mini version. Hubby is in US for work for a month, most of the offspring also away for work and studies, so I'm trying to centre meals only around Ol*o and what we already have at home, we are trying to save for a family reunion so fingers crossed I can add a few pennies. I'm plant based so the first step was palming off the milk and eggs leftover from hubby to my Mum. Yesterday was mushrooms and green lentils on toast for dinner (only the lentils are bought), today work lunch will be broccoli and carrot soup, salad made of red cabbage, carrots and onion, and a bagel - all Ol*o. I also brought in a bag full of pastries and croissants for work mates coffee break. I may need to buy some tomatoes for salad, and cat food today - but that should be all.No buying unnecessary toiletries 2014. Epiphany on 4/4/14 - went into shop to buy 2 items, walked out with 17!6

another collection last night has given us fresh pineapples, eggs and a huge tub of natural yogurt, so very happy with that.

Don't put the yoghurt with the pineapple - it'll split and look horrible!1
