Is Pension Savings Credit an eligible benefit for WFP?

As above, I can't seem to find a definitive answer, if eligible for savings credit only & not guaranteed credit?

The legislation just says pension credit
"relevant benefit means-"
"(c)state pension credit under the State Pension Credit Act 2002(11);"

I don't know how to cite regulations so I can only say it looks like section 2, paragraph 4, subparagraph(?) c1
