1)The prize comprises a seven (7) night stay in Crete, Greece for two (2) adults and  two (2) children (up to the age of 18)  including;

a)Return Economy flights from a participating UK airport to Heraklion airport

b)One piece of hold luggage per passenger (weight and dimensions are dependent on the airline)

c) Fast track security passes

d) UK Airport Lounge access

e) Return shuttle transfers from Heraklion airport to Stella Palace Aqua Park Resort

f) Seven (7) night’s accommodation at the Stella Palace Aqua Park Resort sharing a Family room

g) All-inclusive basis – breakfast, lunch, evening meal, drinks and snacks

h) £1,000 spending money 

2) The prize winner must be aged 18 or over. Please note that either the prize winner or their companion will need a current and valid credit card in order to check in at the accommodation for security deposit purposes.

3) The prize must be taken between April 2025 and November 2025 or April 2026 to November 2026. The stay must be completed within the time-frame stated within these terms and conditions. Extensions to the validity of the prize will not be allowed unless first authorised by Channel 5.

4) The Winner and their travelling party are responsible for charges that apply for any food, beverages or services outside of the all-inclusive plan.

5) Booking is subject to availability. 

6) A BACS transfer for the £1000 spending money included in the prize will be issued in the prize winner’s name within 14 days of the holiday booking being confirmed.

7) The prize winner must book their trip within 28 days of the date of their congratulations letter from Cloud Nine and at least six weeks in advance of their preferred booking date or the prize may be forfeited.

8) Neither Channel 5 nor Cloud Nine will accept responsibility for the accommodation or any facilities / elements of the prize being unavailable, withdrawn or amended.

9) Any amendments made by the prize winner after the booking is confirmed may be subject to administration charges levied by the specific supplier. Any such charges will be the responsibility of the prize winner.

10) If fulfilment or any element of this promotion is delayed or affected due to a pandemic or global emergency and resulting Government restrictions, all entrants affected will be contacted by the Promoter and kept updated of any unavoidable changes to the promotional dates, revised fulfilment dates or prizes.

11) It is the responsibility of the prize winner to inform the prize provider of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the prize winner and his/her companion when taking the prize, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines.

12) Any additional charges or expenses due to a pandemic or global emergency which could include but are not limited to  quarantine hotels, medical passports (should they become a requirement), medical tests etc. will be the responsibility of the prize winner. 

13) Passports, Visas and City and ECO taxes are the responsibility and at the cost of the prize winner.  Channel 5 or Cloud Nine cannot be held responsible if the prize winner or any of the travelling party fail to obtain the required travel documentation.

14) Travel insurance is not included but it is strongly advised for travel. It is the responsibility of the prize winner to organise and pay costs associated with obtaining appropriate travel insurance for themselves and their companion. 

15) The prize winner and their party (where applicable) are responsible for and must comply with any health advice / regulations / inoculations required by any destination country.  Any associated costs for this are the responsibility of the prize winner and their party (where applicable).

16) There is no cash alternative or refund for unused portions of the prize.

17) For the avoidance of doubt, the prize does not include travel to and from the home to the airport, gratuities, meals or other  travel expenses unless otherwise stated, or any other costs of a personal nature not stated for winner and guest.

18) Accommodation, flights and transfers kindly provided by On the Beach.
