Entry Restrictions: The promotion is open to Australian, New Zealand, United States and United Kingdom residents aged 18 years or over who sign up as a member of Luxury Escapes, excluding those persons listed in clause 3 of the Conditions of Entry.

Promotion Period: The Promotion will be held at the Luxury Escapes Headquarters. Level 4, 68 Clarke Street, Southbank, VIC 3006, Australia from 20/09/2024 and to 9AM AEDT on 7/10/2024. No entries will be accepted before or after this time.

Verification Requirements: The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. Specific to the NCL cruise:

Inclusions are:

• All daily meals onboard, with daily breakfast, lunch and dinner in select restaurants onboard
• One Specialty Dining meal at select specialty eateries
• Premium Drinks allowance onboard, including spirits, cocktails, beer and wine
• US$50 shore excursion credit per port, per stateroom
• 300 minutes of Wi-Fi per stateroom across two devices (150 minutes per device)
• All port taxes, service charges, standard gratuities and onboard entertainment

Drinking age is 21 and one person in the cabin needs to be over 21 years of age.

Prize Claim Date: Prize must be claimed by 12:00pm AEDT on 18/10/2024.

Unclaimed Prize Arrangements: If the Prize is not claimed by the Prize Claim Date or a judged entrant is deemed invalid in accordance with the Conditions of Entry, no further judging shall take place

Additional Terms: In addition to the privacy term set out in the Conditions of Entry, if the entrant has ticked the “opt-in” box and entered the competition the entrant hereby agrees that the Promoter may send marketing material to the entrant. Promoter may also use personal information entrants provide to send information to entrants about the Promoter’s (or its related entities) products and services (including via electronic means), and may disclose the information to its related bodies corporate, agencies and contractors (including call centres, advertising agencies and direct mail houses) the Promoter.
