Large Garden - Irrigation?

I have a small irrigation set up in my garden for the veg patch and bamboo (that I have in pots).
A potential new, much longer garden may come into reach for me.
Does anyone have any good ideas about irrigation and how to get water to the back of the garden with good pressure or any other ideas for irrigation?
I saw a nice set up at a garden centre but I don't really want all the pipes a metre off the ground!

what about the drip feed tubes? they lay on the ground, there's a low pressure water system and water dribbles into the needed bits. Well the posh ones are effective Brie - but I saw a few cheaper versions coming out and was tempted.I think take the name of a cheaper one you see and look at some Amazon Reviews. They tend to be fairly reliable. I always do the 3* first as you get the good and the bad.

our garden is approx 75ft long. down one side we have a drip feed hose that does the large beds.
the other side is mainly rock garden and pots, this has a black feeder hose to it and individual drippers to each pot or bed area. we bought the whole lot off ebay and its still going strong 10yrs later.
the whole lot is on timers and runs at different times to ensure a decent flow to both sides
we recently installed similar for our neighbour whose garden is approx 40ft square, all in it cost approx £150 for parts and she has spare hose etcWhen you know better you do better3 -

I saw a nice set up at a garden centre but I don't really want all the pipes a metre off the ground!Pressure is no problem. With 20mm PVC pipe buried underground, we have good pressure 400' and more from the house. The spray systems used in garden centres are not efficient, so they will cost if you're on a meter. Drip and leaky pi披e would be better. *
*Sorry, I looked all over, but they only had Chinese ones in stock.I've used one of those for now. I know, they don't last or fit roperly, but it will just have to do.

Ahh, yes, the normal white PVC pipes seem like a good shout as I can get long lengths and join together / split as I need to take runners off them.0

The sort of pipe I meant was this:Apparently, I should have called it MDPE, not PVC. The company shown above is not a recommendation. I buy my pipe from the local farmers' store. The same goes for the fittings. Blue pipe is meant to be buried, If laid on the surface the UV protected black pipe is preferable.
