Registering on NS&I website

My mum has Income Bonds with NS&I with a monthly interest paid into her banks current account. She wants to withdraw money but she is not being identified on any of their systems. We have filled in various forms with her details including NS&I account/bond numbers but she is not getting any response. She is 87 without driving licence or passport and is getting very frustrated. As for the Chat bot !!!! Has anyone else had these problems?

They are very strict about this, they wouldn't even let me withdraw to an account that was not in my name.1 -
I have and eventually got past the bot and was then told to fill forms in and post back (very outdated). 2 weeks later no response!!!0

Yes they are very slow, my sister forgot the password once and had to go through similar thing with posting back information. Have you chased them again after sending the info back?0
