Honest John Satisfaction Index 2024 Competition Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter of this competition is Mobility Trader UK Limited, trading as heycar ("we", "us", and "our"). We are a limited company, registered in England. Our registered company number is 12016686, and our registered office is at 5 New Street Square, London, United Kingdom, EC4A 3TW. Our website is at heycar.com/uk (the "heycar site") use of which is also subject to our heycar Terms of Use.

Eligibility

The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over, except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents, or any third party directly associated with the administration of the competition.

Only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple entries from the same person will result in disqualification.

Participants must complete the Honest John Satisfaction Index 2024 survey in full to be eligible to enter the prize draw.

2. Competition Period

The competition will run from 24/09/2024 23:59 to 10/01/2025 23:59. Entries received after this time will not be accepted.

3. Entry Requirements

To enter the competition, participants must submit a completed Honest John Satisfaction Index 2024 survey through the official survey page.

Entry is free, and no purchase is necessary.

All entries must be submitted via the website.

4. The Prize

The prize is a £500 John Lewis gift voucher (the "Prize").

The Prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternatives are available.

The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize with a prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control make it necessary to do so.

5. Winner Selection

The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the competition period.

The draw will take place within 14 days of the competition closing date

The winner will be notified by email or phone within 7 days of the draw. If the winner does not respond within 14 days, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner from the remaining valid entries.

6. Claiming the Prize

The Prize will be sent to the winner within 28 days of accepting the Prize.

The Promoter will not be liable for any Prize that is lost, stolen or misdelivered.
