Hi there, 6 weeks ago i applied for the Barclay forward card and was given the message ‘ We need to check a few things before we can confirm your eligibility’
Since then I've not had a single call or letter.
Since then I've not had a single call or letter.
Then i applied for the Avios card and this was 3 weeks ago still i haven’t heard anything back.
Has anyone else had the same issue before or know how to get it resolved? Thanks

Have you called either to find out if there's a problem? Yes I've called many times they keep saying that my application is with the ‘referred’ team. They said if i wanted a response from them the best way is to write to them.Brie said:Have you called either to find out if there's a problem? Have they actually received your applications??0
