Unknown monthly bank credits

Options
My elderly mum has credits into her Santander current account, in the sum of £221.67 every month.  They appear as BANK GIRO CREDIT REF PLL, PPA followed by a series of numbers which vary each month. She cannot remember what they are, and the bank say they don’t know and can’t help. Does anyone know what they might be or how we can find out? Thanks in anticipation of some help.

    Some sort of pension?
All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.

Mine are quarterly and a consistent £200+ monthly doesn't sound right, you'd need a massive array for that amount in winter and it varies during the year.

A pension or some sort of investment income would be my guess e.g., a life insurance investment bond. The OP needs to have a dig around in his mother's documents.

    1. What are the proposals and which policies are transferring?

The Phoenix Group are proposing to transfer all AXA Wealth Limited (AWL)

policies to Phoenix Life Limited (PLL). AWL and PLL are both part of the

    Phoenix Group of companies.

Does the OP's mother/a late spouse  have a pension policy with Phoenix Life which used to be held by another company?
