NS&I and POA

Hello. Anyone else had this. The POA for my Dad is registered in my married name but all my documents are in my maiden name. NS&I will not accept their number as they say they cannot do a match for me. They sent me an envelope requesting copies signed by a `reputable person' of everything to prove who I am - Driving Licence, Passport Picture, Marriage Certificate, Bank Statement. And a letter to cover to explain why I have 2 names as apparently this is very very unusual. So I jumped the hoops, sent it off and they have no record of the documents so off we go again. Anyone else?

If you have sent all that then hopefully they will be able to recognise that you are the same person.0

Explaining it to them is probably harder than changing your name back

They agreed I was the same person and granted me the Poa. Bless em1
