It should be sufficiently obvious that the actual queue isn't 774 minutes long because, as you point out, that is over 12 hours, and nobody is going to wait 12 in a phone queue.  Ergo it's obviously an error, ergo you wouldn't have to wait that long.

Want to test that theory? 

I've done it.  Put the phone on speaker in my top pocket and get on with the housework.  Took over an hour, but it wasn't wasted time.

I have a similar issue. 

My Emma mattress from 2022 tore so has been collected, but they now want to delay the refund for 14 business days. 

I ordered a new bed frame and mattress from them and took the old one away and only delivered slats. 

Trying to get my refund is painful, trying to cancel the new order is even more painful. 

Dozens of calls, 40 emails, still no further along. 

Sleeping on the floor at the minute as they owe me over £2200 and can’t afford to go elsewhere until they refund me. 

Worst company I have ever dealt with.
