City of Westminster PCN No right turn charge

Hey guys,

The driver of this car received a PCN for performing a no right turn after turning left to enter the road and then doing a U-turn to exit the road.

The driver didn't see the sign that shows no right turn.

Are there any grounds for contesting this?

As we major on private parking tickets here, Free Traffic Legal Advice (FTLA) forum will be your best bet for council penalty charges. Is the driver happy to admit they weren't paying due care and attention and therefore didnt see the sign?

Ah OK. I thought there was a council section on this forum also.

At this rate the ticket may just have to be paid as they 14 day trial ends today.

No, never has been any council section, we always sent people to Pepipoo for council PCNs etc, now its the FTLA parking forum instead
