Divorce application/financial consent order - how long?

Hi, we started the application for divorce nearly a year ago now. In early June we posted a financial consent order and all its related paperwork plus a £58 fee to HMCTS in Harlow. Since then we have heard absolutely nothing, should we have? I'd like to apply for the Final Order but don't feel that we can until we get confirmation that the Financial Order is legally binding. I've tried phoning, after 30 minutes on hold each time I lose the will to live, they don't reply to emails. Anyone been through a similar route and can advise what should happen please?

Hold on the phone. It's annoying but even solicitors have to hang on for that long.0
