Overpaying mortgage

I have been overpaying my mortgage and receive universal credit. I am close to the £6k savings and have just realised would universal credit count overpaying my mortgage as deprivation of assets? I see you are allowed to repay debt but this is above what my agreement is.

You are fine overpaying, repayment of a debt is never deprivation of capital (assets). Your mortgage is a debt and doesn't matter what any agreed payments are.
