Without the size of the area to be stoned
And the size of the stone
No one would have a clue1 -
I don't really know what "Garden Stones" are and "the middle bit" isn't very clear - perhaps a photograph or two would help?0

I'm guessing you mean gravel/stone chippings of some description? As previous replies have said, unless you can tell us the size of the area then it's a totally meaningless question. However, if you Google for "gravel calculator" you will find dozens of sites that will help you. In simple terms, you need to know the surface area and the depth of gravel you want. The calculators will give you an idea of how much you need.It is, by definition, an estimate/guideline - not least because the size of each piece of gravel will affect how much you need to fill a given area. But it'll give you a decent-enough guideline. Also, a lot of suppliers will give a guideline as to the coverage a particular bag will give - usually expressed in cubic metres.1

The standard bulk bag size is 850kg. A single bulk bag will cover approx 10m2 at 50mm depth in most 20mm gravels.1
