But remember not all stores will offer a refund. They are not legally obliged to do so unless faulty.

The company in question is chemical-records.co.uk

They seem to have a "price promise", so perhaps a polite letter asking for it may get it for you, remind them why you shop there, and if they value your custom they will give it.


Also, one of the first things people should do BEFORE they order somewhere is check their returns policy and price promise policy. Less hassle afterwards.
