Just a little advice please.
On Friday my parked car was reversed into. I put my claim in to my insurance company which has so far adealtse very promptly with organising repairs. The other driver has admitted liability so all should be smooth.
However, the other insurance company keeps contacting me with an offer of service, first by phone followed by an email. I declined their offer within an hour. Now I am getting texts and WhatsApp message from them urging me to contact them and accept the offer.
I have phoned the company about this and have been told that their communications can't be stopped. Is this really the case?
