unfortunately you have no right to the charge back money
you booked the tickets for Disney and presumably the place wasn't closed - it is not their fault you couldn't get there
you will have to repay the money
however as per the post above you might be able to claim on your travel insurance0 -

Assuming you did then you dont have a right of cancellation for the Disney Tickets, on what grounds did you process the chargeback?
Unless you can advise on what terms Pinciq breached that entitled you to a full refund then it sounds like you do owe them the money. A Chargeback is a very crude process that often results in unfair outcomes, particularly for the merchant. Irrespective of the outcome of a chargeback it doesn't prevent either party from suing each other which then adds on court fees and statutory interest0 -

For a start I'm surprised that you got a chargeback actioned. As Disneyland was still available, so should not have been done.
So not sure what you said to CC, but they got that one wrong.
How long ago was the chargeback actioned?Life in the slow lane0
