Civil Enforcement PCN

Hello, I have received a letter from Civil Enforcement about an overstay at their Costco carpark. I genuinely used the Costco and am a member, however wrangling my kids etc we overstayed by a bit. Do I use the generic template in the Newbie post? Do I need to add proof that I used the Costco and in doing this am I not providing info about the driver? Or should I just use the standard template and leave the proof section blank? I don't even think I know where the receipt is but I can probably get proof if I log onto my account. Thanks

This is what I have typed;
I dispute your 'parking charge', as the keeper of the vehicle. I deny any liability or contractual agreement and I will be making a complaint about your predatory conduct to your client landowner.There will be no admissions as to who was driving and no assumptions can be drawn. Since your PCN is a vague template, I require an explanation of the allegation and your evidence. You must include a close up actual photograph of the sign you contend was at the location on the material date as well as your images of the vehicle.If the allegation involves an alleged overstay of minutes, your evidence must include the actual grace period agreed by the landowner.0 -
As keeper you are replying to the NTK PCN letter, without inferring who was driving, adding the suitably redacted proof of patronage by the keeper on the day
Ideally you do this as an actual complaint to the business or landowner or managing agent first, plan A, before appealing to CEL before the 28 day deadline looms, so that appeal is around day 26 as keeper , using the template and adding proof of patronage etc3 -

If the allegation concerns a PDT machine, the data supplied in response to this appeal must include the record of payments made - showing partial VRNs - and an explanation of the reason for the PCN, because your Notice does not explain it.
If the allegation involves an alleged overstay of minutes, your evidence must include the actual grace period agreed by the landowner.

Of course not. That's an appeal and will make no sense whatsoever to a retailer or landowner or site agent.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
