Ebay scammed by buyer

Good result - and the correct one.I was going to point out what was in the buyer protection link given earlier;"The buyer arranged their own delivery method, such as a courier pickup - Not covered"And that makes sense - you had this as collection only, where any physical damage should be checked for before it's taken away.

As far as I'm aware there is buyer protection for sales where the buyer picks up the item, it's just sales where the buyer sends someone else or their own courier to collect that are excluded
