    There is no point in claiming now as your over capital limit and there is no capital disregard.
    Once under £16k you can put in a claim from UC
    P.S. enjoy your money, but be aware of depreciation of capital as DWP might want to look at your spending habits.

  • Hi thanks HillstreetBlues our garage which is ours it was inherited from previous tenant needs work and the garden as well which is no longer suitable for my partner due to her disabilitys as well as worn out furniture. im going to take photos before and after for evidence.
