Condenser dryer not drying?

I’ve got a White Knight B96G8W condenser dryer. The drum heats up but just blows cold air out. When the cycle has finished the clothes are nice and hot, but sopping still.
Been working fine for several years - we have it set to expel water into the drain rather than collect in the condenser reservoir.
Any suggestions please?

Have you cleaned out both sets of filters, the normal door one and the one usually at the bottom?
If the filters are clear then remove the drainage pipe and run it and see if any water come out. If nothin comes out its either the pump or a blocked pipe. Some people don't exaggerate........... They just remember big!0 -
Thanks - yes, the filters (door lint) and one on bottom are both clear.Sounds like it’s a callout for new pump then rather than something I can fix, many thanks for rapid response!0

Also, when the dryer is turned on, is the drum actually turning? Probably an obvious one, but the belts do snap and the drum fails to rotate. I'm guessing you have already checked that, but if it is that, the belts are pretty straightforward to replaceSome people don't exaggerate........... They just remember big!1

Hmmm I don’t think it is turning - if I put it on the ‘blades’ are in the same place…. So is that another issue or potentially my only problem?0

To test if its turning put it on empty with a ball in the drum2

If the drum isn't turning then ignore my first post, it's more than likely the belt. Apologies I should have mentioned that first. Changing the belt on a tumble dryer is a pretty simple task.

That should be the service manual for the machine so you can see if you want to tackle the job yourself or notSome people don't exaggerate........... They just remember big!2 -
Yep defo not turning, thanks so much for the help. Now it’s a question whether I think I can replace it myself or not 😊0

Good news and bad news… the belt had slipped off the pulley so that’s why it wasn’t spinning. I managed to replace the belt, put everything back together and it was working…. Then after 5 minutes it stopped spinning again. Assume it’s slipped off the pulley again. The pulley was able to move along the drive shaft and back so not sure if maybe it’s the pulley that needed replacing (although I can’t see anywhere that sells one even if this is the issue..).
At least I know what the issue is!
