Waitrose car park managed by Britannia in Surrey

Britannia send me their Parking Charge Notice £95 or £50 in 14 days form.
Their evidence says I over stayed. I know that I visited the car park that is free for 3 hours twice and it probably didn't record me leaving the first time.
It says I arrived 10:50 and left at 13:10
I have evidence from another car park in another part of the borough that shows I was somewhere where else at 11:45 way below the 1.5hours free parking.
Should I even bother contacting them and just wait for the usual trace type letters and ignore those?
I'm asking is it the standard response?

Appeal as keeper with the standard response, blue text template appeal in the newbies sticky thread
If its 2 visits, add an Extra line stating that
The driver made 2 short visits and so its a double dipping case and they must check the orphan images because the alleged breach didn't happen
No blabbing about who was driving
Never ignore a private PCN
A complaint by the keeper to Waitrose or the landowner is always a good idea too, plan A
Ps, the PCN and parking company are talking about where the vehicle was or wasnt, not you, they monitor vehicle movements, but ANOR technology is not reliable, as seen in your case
No mentioning where YOU were, its not about the person, just the object1 -
Don't use the template appeal.
Just appeal online, as registered keeper - and NOT SAYING WHO WAS DRIVING OF COURSE - saying it's an ANPR failure (double dip) and stating that they must immediately check for the orphan images because this was 2 short visits, one in the morning and a return later by the driver, who will not be named.
Attach your proof of the car being elsewhere.
Search the forum for:
double dip ANPR orphan images
Really EASY to kill off.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
