Lost POPLA Appeal

I parked in a Premier Park Ltd car park and entered Pure Gym and entered my registration number on the terminal as I normally do but that day for whatever reason it never went through.POPLA has agreed with the parking operator that I am liable for the £100 fine but I feel I should not pay as I did everything correctly. What should I do?

complain to the gym head office , then do nothing else unless you get a court claim

Its not a fine, its a private PCN from a private parking company, an invoice 

Popla have not found you liable, Popla have found that the PCN was issued correctly 

Only a civil court may find that you are liable 

Stick to plan A, get the PCN cancelled by the gym or landowner

Nobody pays just because their case is lost at POPLA.  Relax! No risk as long as you don't ignore a court claim or move without telling them or the scum debt collector letter-writers.
